SYSTEM

Automatic glass system, often known as “guillotine” system, is an innovative motorized enclosure/protective system.

The glass is 8mm tempered or 20mm double glazed. The glass panes move vertically through 3 channeled rails.

Vertical system is remote controlled. The up and down movement of the glass is made possible by imported Elatech belt, the sling pulley and the motor, all of which work in tandem.

 

At the heart of the system is the fixed glass pane. The other mobile panes are positioned on it, which means that the glass panes can also function as a railing when the panes are all rolled down.

COMPONENTS

MOTOR

Becker motors are the first choice for automatic glass systems. Positioned in the belt pulley, the motor tube is attached to die-cast side caps with bearings. This allows the glass weight not to bear on the motor, but on the load bearing posts on the sides of the system. Which ultimately aims to eliminate motor malfunctions.

FRAME

To maximize functionality and endurance, the glass is framed with a profile. In addition to creating a modern aesthetic, the profile also conceals wind seals in the grooves on the sides.

FRONT CAP

In the event of a malfunction, the use of the front cap makes it possible to access the motor by only easily removing the cap without the burden of removal of all the glass panes or other major components. Installed with an interior seal, the front cap is channel-locked which eliminates noise stemming from vibration of the wind or while functioning.

BELT

An exclusively designed Italian belt is used for the guillotine glass system. Strengthened with steel wires, the belt can lift up to 500kg. The belt in this system is not installed with screws, but is pressed with a custom device during manufacturing to eliminate the risk of breakage.

PLINTH

The bottom plinth offers great insulation against heat, noise and liquid.

The top plinth serves like a cap covering the minimal gaps between glass panes, which also provides a monolithic look. In terms of safety, it eliminates the likelihood of jamming of any object between the glasses and the plinth itself.

SLIDER SYSTEM WITH TEMPERED GLASS

The standard sliding system uses 8mm or 10mm tempered glass.

All major components are composed of aluminum and UV resistant.

It’s fast and simple to install, and doesn’t require extensive upkeep.

The system is sturdy and insulated enough to stand against wind, rain and sun.

SYSTEM
WITH DOUBLE GLAZED PANES

Moving horizontally with an aluminum frame, this is a popular choice for cafes, restaurants, as well as residences with wide façade, the system is adaptable to both traditional and modern architecture.

Depending on the ground structure, the threshold is kept flat with the ground, both for a chic look and to prevent stumbling. The glass frames move to the sides on wheels through rails. A lock on the system secures the enclosed area.

Thickness of laminated glass is 10mm or 4+9+4mm, which is breakage resistant. If broken, it crumbles into non-sharp pieces and does not pose danger.

Profiles come in any color desired, thus are adaptable to any venue. The panes are not opened in an inward direction, thus allowing use of blinds.

The system operates on up to 4 rails and both tempered and laminated glass can be used.

Maximum wing height is 3250mm. The bearings at the bottom provide easy and silent function.

 

All the separate glass panes can be collected together wherever desired thanks to the handles.

Since aluminum strips are robust, the system is non- permeable enough against wind gusts, heavy showers and burning sun.
